"A Master of Entertaining" Deviled Eggs

12 hardboiled eggs

1/4 cup fine diced celery

2 Tbsp mayonnaise (Dukes)

1 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar

¼ cup Fine diced onion

½ tsp kosher salt, or to taste

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

⅛ tsp fresh ground pepper

½ Tbsp of sugar (optional)

1 bag of butter croutons

 

Start by slicing the eggs top to bottom perfectly in half. Then separate the egg whites from the yolks. Place the egg white cut side up on a plate of sheet pan lightly salt with a pinch of kosher salt. Then take the egg yolks and put in blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth, taste mixture for seasoning. Put the mixture into a piping bag (or a Ziploc bag, cut a tip off bag) and fill each egg white with the mixture. Finally place a crouton on egg deviled egg, place on a platter, serve and enjoy.
